Our stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, although ADA equipped which helped my husband after surgery, felt damp and outdated. The service was friendly and welcoming, but they didn't handle noise issues well. The location was convenient for food and activities, but there were some payment issues. The dining, with a variety of options, was disappointing due to service lapses.

My stay at the hotel was quite the experience! The rooms were clean and comfy, but I did have a small issue with my card for the door working initially. Unfortunately, I was assigned to a SMOKE reeking room at 1:30 am, which was not pleasant. However, once inside, the room was easy to maneuver around.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right off the freeway in a great area close to everything; prime for eating, shopping, entertainment, and close to downtown Indy. The only downside was the known plumbing issues that were still not resolved, causing us to relocate to a different room.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. Although the breakfast was good and more than filling, I found hair in the waffle batter which was quite off-putting. Additionally, some items were missing at breakfast, and there was no staff present for 30 minutes, which was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Although the dining experience could be improved, the overall value for the money was great.
